1. TRIYOGA @ SELFRIDGES’ ROOFTOP
WHERE: Selfridges rooftop, Oxford Street
WHEN: Every Tuesday from 1 July to 2 September 10 - 11am
WHAT: 1 hour yoga class (styles vary each week) led by leading London yoga studio Triyoga practitioners. Open to all levels and includes a cold pressed juice from The Juicery, goody bag and discount voucher for The Face Gym. Class refunded in case of bad weather.

2. EQUINOX RISE + FLOW YOGA @ PAVILION
WHERE: Private members club, Pavilion’s outdoor terrace, High St. Kensington
WHEN: Every Wednesday until 27 August, 7 - 8.30am
WHAT: 1 hour Vinyasa Flow class open to all levels followed by a healthy breakfast prepared by Pavilion’s Head Chef, Adam Simmonds. Breakfast choices include mini Eggs Florentine, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and freshly prepared juices. Terrace has wet weather cover in case of bad weather.

3. YOGASPHERE @ THE SHARD
WHERE: Level 72, The Shard, London Bridge
WHEN: Every Saturday until 25 October 8.30 - 9.30am
WHAT: 1 hour open-level calming class run by Yogasphere at the The View, the Shard’s viewing platform at 1,016ft with 360 degree views over London. Indoor option is provided in case of bad weather. Attendees are also provided extra time to enjoy the stunning view before and after the class

4. ROOFTOP YOGA PECKHAM
WHERE: Peckham Multi-Storey Car Park, Rye Lane, Peckham
WHEN: Every Saturday 10 – 11am, Sunday 10 – 11am, Monday 7 – 8pm and 8 – 9pm until 22 September
WHAT: Enjoy stunning views of London as you roll out your mat on top of a Peckham car-park. Rooftop Yoga Peckham offer a selection of classes for everyone including, slow-flow Saturdays: Dru Yoga with Lucyoga, dynamic Sundays: Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Tania Brown, fast-paced Mondays: Rocket on the Roof with Jiva Yoga and Sunset Sessions with guest teachers each week including of the moment Voga classes. Classes will be refunded in case of bad weather.

5. HOTPOD YOGA ROOFTOP
WHERE: Netil House rooftop, London Fields
WHEN: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7pm, Tuesday + Thursday 7am and 7.15pm, Saturday + Sunday 10am
WHAT: 1 hour hot yoga class in an inflatable pod on the Netil House rooftop heated to approx. 37 degrees. Suitable for all levels. Not technically outside so no weather issues!
COST: Single class: £12, membership options available.
6. SERENE SOCIAL @ COQ D’ARGENT
WHERE: Coq D’Argent, Bank
WHEN: Every Thursday until 28 August 8 - 9am
WHAT: Enjoy a 1 hour outdoor Vinyasa class in Coq d’Argent’s manicured gardens surrounded by the City’s skyline led by some of the UK’s leading teachers. The class is followed by a special breakfast of fruit and pastries and opportunity to mingle with other attendees. Bring your own mat. In the case of poor weather the class will be held under Coq d’Argent’s covered terrace. Classes are limited to 12 places so advance booking is essential.

7. YOTOPIA’S SUNSHINE YOGA @ AQUA KYOTO
WHERE: Aqua Kyoto restaurant, Regent Street
WHEN: Saturday 30 August, 10.30am - 1pm
WHAT: A 90 minute creative flow class on Aqua’s roof terrace led by Yotopia’s Emily Clare Hill followed by a specially designed “sunshine”Japanese lunch designed by Head chef Paul Greening featuring vitamin D boosting ingredients such as mackerel, harameki (Japanese mushroom), ikura (salmon roe), yuba skin (bean curd) and green tea noodles.

8. CREATIVE YOGA LONDON @ REGENTS PARK
WHERE: Chester Gate, Regents Park
WHEN: Every Saturday 10.30am - 12.30pm
WHAT: 1 hour gentle restorative class run by Richard Brook, followed by an optional half an hour jog or walk and and a 30 minute meditation and deep relaxation session. In case of bad weather the class will be held at the nearby Albany Club, although space is limited so places will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.

9. SUNDAY YOGA @ HYDE PARK
WHERE: Near Black Lion Gate Hyde Park, Queensway
WHEN: Every Sunday until 7 September, 11am - 12.30pm
WHAT: Hatha yoga sessions run by Old-Street Yogadom studio in connection with the Russians in the UK. Bring your own mat.
10. LOVE YOURSELF YOGA @ SOUTHBANK CENTRE
WHERE: Jubilee Gardens, Southbank
WHEN: 12:30 - 3:30pm, 16 August
WHAT: Introductory dynamic yoga session open to all levels of ability and experience. Bring your own yoga mat. They also have an earlier indoor session.
