As we’ve written many times before, we’re huge fans of easy throw-together weeknight suppers and abundance bowls are the perfect healthy weeknight option. Cook a big batch of the delicious sounding Coconut Curry Sorghum in this recipe in advance and then throw the rest together in mere minutes for a flavourful nutrient packed supper.
