We are so excited about this collaboration between two of our favourite healthy food blogs! To celebrate the launch of their new cookbook, Green Kitchen Travels, David and Luise, the gorgeous couple behind GKS will be publishing a recipe every day this week on the Honestly Healthy blog. They kicked off this morning with a scummy Acai bowl recipe that is right up our street!

4. NYT’S GUIDE TO HOW TO AVOID DIABETES
Check out this useful two part series from The New York Time’s on why we need to pay attention to the diabetes epidemic, what pre-diabetes looks like and the main risk factors that we can avoid in order to avoid developing Type-2 diabetes which also serves as a pretty useful general guide for anyone trying to commit to a healthier way of life. As we’ve written before, preparation and organisation are vital to successfully leading a healthy plant-based way of life so we’re always on the look out for useful tips from the blogosphere. This week we loved Nutrition Stripped’s guide to storing your produce and Greatist’s super useful guide to how we should really organise our fridge.
No it’s not a new internet slang term, rather rolfing is a physical therapy which aims to realign the myofascial layers of our bodies. Check out this piece over at The Guardian for more.
