With our current Za'atar obsession showing no signs of abating anytime soon, we love the sound of this great quick customisable gluten-free weeknight supper.
2. MADELINE SHAW’S CHICKPEA FLOUR PIZZA WITH KALE PESTO
Sticking with the chickpea theme (and using up the rest of that big batch you just whizzed up!) we love this superfood take on an old comfort food classic from Madeline and you can use the leftover pesto as a snack too!
3. SMITTTEN KITCHEN’S CUCUMBER LEMONADE
Snatch the last of the sunshine with this gorgeous Cucumber Lemonade recipe, summer in a glass!
4. NEW YORK TIME’S BEET RECIPES
We have to confess that we’ve only recently come to truly appreciate the humble beetroot’s gorgeous earthy flavour. This beet focused recipe collection from the NYT seems the perfect way to segue your diet into autumn.
5. THE FIRST MESS’ SQUASH NOODLES WITH LIME PEANUT SAUCE
A great Asian-inspired gluten free noodle option. If it’s midweek and you don’t have time to bake the squash you could always sub-in some other spiralised veggies like courgette or carrot.
